Property Tax Return

 

Most tax preparers charge a separate fee to prepare this form. At PAC our fee includes your property tax return and your income tax return. The rent credit is no longer a separate return; it is now part of your Minnesota return. This means the refunds come at tax time instead of in July or August. Please make sure you bring all your CRP statements to your tax appointment.

You may qualify for a property tax refund even if you do not have to file an income tax return. Please call us to determine if you qualify for this refund. If you did not get a property tax refund last year, ask us to look and see if you may qualify for one.
